POLICIES/DEPOSIT PAYMENT/TOTAL PAYMENT /CANCELLATION /TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT PAYMENT /amount of (minimum) 30% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be payed first day upon arrival.

-TOTAL ACCOMMODATION COST PAYMENT / Collected at the time of arrival.
a.If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation or if he feels the need to leave before the departure date of the reservation, “ Siropoulou complex” keeps the right to charge the 50% of the total price of the reservation.
b.If guests feel the need to leave then,
1.«Siropoulou complex» will issue a hotel credit valid for accommodation that concerns next season( starting from 06.05 till 30.09) for the 50% of the number of nights interrupted
Or
2. the complex will return to the Guest the amount of the 50% of the cost of the nights interrupted .
c.In the event that guests are forced to extend their stay and only in case there is availability, “Siropoulou complex” will charge nightly rate for each extended night that has to be paid upon departure.
d.HOLIDAY AWAY PLAN PAYMENT / for bookings made at least 180 days prior to arrival. A 100, 00 euros deposit is required at the time of the reservation with an additional 100.00 euros automatically deducted from your credit card on file every month. The automatic payment schedule will stop when the full amount is collected. Ιf there is a remaining amount, balance will be charged in full at the time of arrival.
CANCELLATION
-If reservation is cancelled up to 22 or more days prior to the arrival date of the Guest, the prepayment is fully refunded (35€ administrative fee -potential expenses are charged to the client).
- If reservation is cancelled up to 14 to 21 days prior to the arrival date of the Guest, 50% of the prepayment is refunded to the client (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
-If reservation is cancelled up to 13 or less days prior to the arrival date of the Guest, the prepayment is not refunded.

Disclaimer: Property (Siropoulou complex) does not accept any liability for loss, damage, injury, or accident which the tenant or any of his party may incur or experience. Neither can the property accept liability for any disruption or inconvenience which might affect guest`s holiday where such failure is not reasonably the fault of the property . Complains by guests and any possible suggestions for improving the hotel’s activities are received by the hotel management and are really appreciated.
TERMS – CONDITIONS
1. The complex HOTEL AGNI On The Beach” ,”HOUSE KOSTAS studios and apartments” and ”HOUSE ZOGIA studios” are only authorized to accommodate properly registered guests. For this purpose, guests are to present their valid national ID card or passport, or any other valid proof of identity to the relevant hotel employee immediately upon arrival. Each lodging will keep a copy and Guest has to sign an arrival document confirming that data that he/she provides to hotel are valid as well as arrival and departure period.
2. In special cases, the hotel may offer a guest accommodation other than that which has been arranged, if it does not differ in any essential manner from that which was stipulated in the confirmed booking.
3. The hotel may offer guests who ask to extend their stay a different room to the one in which they were originally accommodated.
4. Guests are able to use their rooms for the agreed period. If the period of accommodation is not stipulated in advance, guests are to check out by 11.00 a.m. on the last day of their stay at the latest, and they are obliged to have vacated the room by this time. If a guest fails to do this, the hotel is entitled to bill him/her for another day’s stay. In the event that the hotel has already reserved this room before hand, and the guest fails to heed requests to vacate the room, or if he or she is not present in the hotel, the hotel reserves the right – with a three-member committee in attendance – to catalogue the guest’s possessions and to store them in a safe place so that the room can be used by the guest for whom it has been reserved.
5. Roof garden is available for receiving visitors upon informing for this visit the reception desk .
6.Guest is kindly requested not to receive visitors in the rooms during the nighttime and the noon peace and quiet time.
7. A guest may not use his/her own electrical appliances, which are not used for the guest’s personal hygiene (electric grill, high watt devices, etc.) in the hotel room.
8. Guests may be dressed appropriately due to breakfast time (t-shirt and shoes ).
9. Guests may not taking drinks, plates or other goods- like snacks for the rest day - from the buffet breakfast to the room. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room and can be also served on request to the room.
10. In case that guest wishes to book the lobby room for a party should make a reservation to the front desk . (Hotel Agni only)
11. For security reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 10 years old without adult supervision in the hotel room or other areas on the hotel premises.
12. For security reasons, not allowed children less than 10 years old to use the elevator without adult supervision.
13. During nighttime peace and quiet in the period from 10.30 p.m. to 7.30 a.m. and noontime peach and quiet in the period from 15.00 a.m. to 17.00 a.m. we kindly ask you not to disturb the other guests accommodated in the hotel. . Please do not slam doors or behave noisily in the hotel corridors.
14. Guests may not move furnishings, or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the hotel rooms or on the premises of the hotel without the consent of the hotel management or without adult supervision.
15.For security reasons, Guest is kindly asked to roll up the balcony sun awning each night .
16. Guests are obliged to pay for any damage they cause, if they are unable to prove that they are not responsible for this damage.
17. After using the beach Guests are kindly requested to clean themselves and their belongings of sand before entering the hotel.
18. There are yellow bins only for plastic and green bins for common litters. Due to our environment friendly policy please dispose of litters in the bins provided opposite the hotel
We kindly ask our Guests to observe the provisions of these terms and conditions . In the event that a Guest is in breach of these , the hotel has the right to repudiate the agreement on the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period has elapsed.
